April 2020 issue of the Newsletter now out!

Dear Readers,

Greetings from CADR, RGNUL.

We hope that you and your loved ones remain safe during these tumultuous times.

We are glad to announce the launch of the April 2020 issue of the CADR Newsletter.

As the world continues to grapple with the COVID-19 pandemic, the ADRC community has put its best food forward. April has seen immense progression and innovation from institutions and enthusiasts. The ubiquity of webinars seem to be herald a new wave for us, and the ADR world has followed suit. From arbitration and mediation hearings to lectures by prominent individuals – it seems video-conferencing has finally taken over and for good! All that and more in this issue of the Newsletter.

In our zeal to stay ahead of all curves but that of the pandemic, CADR too has been busy. We’ve organized two series of Webinars – the CADR Webinar Series and the CADR – LADRC – SAM – Webinar Series. We intend on organizing many more events to ensure that we continue to serve the ADR community, come hail, storm, or pandemics!

For more details on the rigorous process that goes into compiling each volume, read this post.

You can subscribe to the Newsletter by dropping us an email at adrc@rgnul.ac.in. Additionally, you may subscribe to the CADR Blog via our homepage, and will be regularly updated when we release a volume.

As always, we await with bated breath for your feedback on our Newsletter. We hope to hear from you soon!

Warm Regards, Mohit Dang, Head of Research, Centre for Alternate Dispute Resolution.
